The first Casa Del Gelato store opened in 2007 in Ponsonby Road, fuelled
by a passion to make authentic artisan gelato
without compromise.

Now with Stores in Parnell, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Te Atatu, Orewa and Ponsonby our customers
are enjoying our extensive range of Gelato and Sorbet's. Each of the stores are also creating
amazing Monster shakes with our premium artisan gelato.

Based on the Sicilian style of gelato, we use only fresh milk and fresh
cream, natural flavours and colours.

Our gelato is low in fat and most do not contain any of the following:
eggs; egg protein; gelatine; added vegetable
or animal fats; preservatives;
artificial sweeteners; and the majority of our
flavours are also Gluten Free.
Please ask instore for the flavours that contain Gluten.

We take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients such as Pistachio,
Almond and Hazelnut paste directly from the processing factory, Bronte in
Sicily, and Blood Orange, Lemon and Mandarin from Palermo.

We combine this with the best of New Zealand seasonal fresh and frozen
fruits in our gelato and sorbetto. Our chocolate flavours are made with the
highest quality Dutch Cocoas and French chocolate, smooth, rich with a
robust flavour.

Each tray of our gelato is individually made to order and decorated by
hand before being delivered daily to our stores. This ensures our gelato is
always fresh and at its best for your tasting pleasure.

Casa Del Gelato also can supply whole sale to Restaurants, Hotels and Cafes,
Catering Companies.
